Lighting director                

Mikołaj’s work focuses on creative use of theatrical space using cutting edge technology. His designs enhance sets with advanced lighting effects and enable an interplay between music and visual impressions.
He designed and directed lighting and multimedia in numerous concerts of jazz, electronic, contemporary and classical music, for artists such as Dee Dee Bridgewater, Błoto, Comet is Comming, The Bug and Skalpel, among others. For almost 8 years he worked with the National Forum of Music in Wrocław, where he co-created the visual setting, and was responsible for the technical delivery of international festivals: Wratislavia Cantans, Jazztopad, Musica Polonica Nova and Musica Electronica Nova. He was also a lighting director for large scale works: Handel’s Giulio Cesare and Alcina and Arvo Pärt’s Passion.
