This strong foundation in historically informed performance practice has shaped Enrique\u2019s flourishing career as both a conductor and violinist in the baroque music scene. Acclaimed as one of today\u2019s most vibrant and flamboyant artists, he breathes new life into baroque music through his innovative and engaging interpretations.<\/p><p>Enrique has previously served as conductor of the&nbsp;<strong>Lausitzer Baroque Ensemble<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Accademia Ars Augusta<\/strong>, and he is currently the conductor of the&nbsp;<strong>Handel Opera Academy<\/strong>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<strong>La Villanesca Baroque Ensemble<\/strong>. His extensive opera repertoire includes over 20 productions, featuring works such as Handel\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Agrippina<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Giulio Cesare<\/em>, and&nbsp;<em>Alcina<\/em>, as well as Monteverdi\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Orfeo<\/em>, Mozart\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Cos\u00ec fan tutte<\/em>, Cherubini\u2019s&nbsp;<em>M\u00e9d\u00e9e<\/em>, and Purcell\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Dido and Aeneas<\/em>. Enrique has also revived and conducted forgotten operas like Lotti\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Giove in Argo<\/em>&nbsp;and Bioni\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Issipile<\/em>&nbsp;for theaters such as the Opera Theater of Szczecin and Gerhart Hauptmann Theater in G\u00f6rlitz.<\/p><p>He has collaborated with world-class musicians such as Paul McCreesh, Marcel Beekman, Luca Giardini, and Jakub J\u00f3zef Orli\u0144ski, and performed with renowned ensembles like&nbsp;<strong>La Ritirata<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Sezione Aurea<\/strong>, and the&nbsp;<strong>Wroc\u0142aw Baroque Orchestra<\/strong>. Enrique has been concertmaster and soloist for the&nbsp;<strong>Bach Orchestra of the Netherlands<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Contrasto Armonico<\/strong>, with whom he has recorded over 15 CDs. Additionally, he has performed as guest concertmaster for various groups and is a member of the Soloists of the Capella Enrico Stuart in Rome.<\/p><p>In addition to his work in baroque music, Enrique has collaborated on film projects that have earned multiple nominations and awards at international festivals.
